Oooops... this looks dangerous... that guy is flying quite high!!!
Very dangerous. You cannot see it in this great picture but he is flying over a vault crowded with alligators.
That's why he keeps his hands up, for precaution. Is he conducting an orchestra? No! It's all because of the alligators, that's why.
