This kite-surfer jumped higher than the allowed 10 meters! Of course he was arrested immidiately!!!

Hey Matt!
Actually I guess that they were telling him to not walk his kite in the area were there are many people...
But I think he had no choice, because he couldn't win enough height against the wind on the water...
