I wonder what had happed... how and why did the jacket get up there? What is forbidden according to the board? Are the bicycle and the man in the background involved in the story? Who is the dutch friend????
Certainly this photo is a proof of a high level of revolutionary energy (my favourite word at the moment).

the man in the background is indeed a friend but not dutch!
was just to divert a bit about our dutch fellows: tall, formal and... always carrying a bike arround! ;) ehehe
a bit of humouristic energy..
